These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "you", or "the Member") and umb88 (hereinafter referred to as "umb88", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the umb88 online platform, including all games, betting services, account features, promotional programmes, and any associated digital services accessible via https://umb88.cam.

By registering an account, accessing the umb88 platform, or making use of any service offered by umb88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

umb88 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, umb88 will provide reasonable notice to registered members via the platform or by email to the registered address on file. The most current version of these Terms shall be published on this page at all times, with the effective date noted at the top of the document.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an active account on umb88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform.
• You must be a natural person (accounts may not be registered in the name of a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended umb88 account.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when opening or operating an account.

umb88 reserves the right to request identity documentation (including but not limited to a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification) at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension or closure.

Each eligible individual may register only one account on the umb88 platform. Duplicate accounts — whether identified through shared personal details, device identifiers, IP addresses, payment methods, or other technical indicators — constitute a material breach of these Terms.

Upon registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process.
• Maintain the accuracy of your account information and update it promptly upon any change.
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify umb88 immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, where the unauthorised access results from your failure to maintain adequate security.

umb88 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. The Company also reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found, at any time, to be in violation of any eligibility requirement or these Terms.

Your use of the umb88 platform is subject to the following general terms at all times:

• The umb88 platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial exploitation of the platform — including but not limited to systematic data harvesting, automated betting systems, or reselling of access — is strictly prohibited.
• You agree to use the platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you participate voluntarily at your own risk.
• umb88 does not guarantee the availability of any specific game, odds market, or service at any given time. Platform maintenance windows will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
• All game outcomes on umb88 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and dealing procedures conducted by licensed studios. The Company makes no guarantee of any particular outcome.
• umb88 operates in English as its primary language of service. Whilst customer support is available in additional languages including Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, these Terms and the primary contractual relationship between umb88 and the User are governed by the English-language version of this document.

umb88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 across all supported payment methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment channel and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in the name of the umb88 account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits via e-wallet channels (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are processed instantly. FPX bank transfer deposits may take between 5 and 15 minutes depending on the issuing bank's processing time.
• umb88 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction fees for which umb88 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 3 minutes during operational hours. Processing times may be extended in exceptional circumstances including system maintenance or regulatory review requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum single withdrawal limits are displayed within the account dashboard.
• umb88 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, including where the account has not previously undergone full verification or where unusual transaction patterns are identified.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the associated deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Any withdrawal request associated with Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be declined, and the Bonus Funds in question may be forfeited.

umb88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only. umb88 reserves the right to exclude any member from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• Bonus Funds credited to an account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before the associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period within which the Wagering Requirement must be met. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses may expire without notice.
• umb88 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting patterns, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk, and exploiting technical errors or glitches in games. Where bonus abuse is identified, umb88 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account.
• Referral bonuses — currently set at MYR 38 per successful referral — are credited once the referred member completes KYC verification and makes a qualifying first deposit. Referral bonus terms are subject to change and are published on the platform.
• Birthday bonuses are tiered by VIP status: Bronze (MYR 188), Silver (MYR 388), Gold (MYR 888), and VIP (MYR 2,688). These amounts are indicative and umb88 reserves the right to adjust tier bonus values with reasonable notice.

All bets placed on umb88 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, or sports markets — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the system. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or reversed by the User except where permitted under specific game or market rules published within the platform.
• umb88 offers sports betting markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, La Liga, UEFA competitions, UFC, and a range of other international and local sporting events. Market availability, odds, and maximum bet limits are subject to change without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, or game software faults — umb88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amount to the member's account. No claim shall arise from a void bet.
• Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise fails to complete within the period required for settlement under the applicable market rules, umb88 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes.
• umb88 publishes Return-to-Player (RTP) figures for all slot game titles. These figures represent the long-run theoretical return and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.
• umb88 reserves the right to impose maximum betting limits on any game or market, and to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets at its sole discretion.

umb88 is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment and complies with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards. We offer the following player protection tools, all of which are accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of elapsed session time at intervals of your choosing.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per session, per day, per week, or per month.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 72 hours, or 7 days. During a cool-off, access to deposits and gameplay is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion from the platform for a minimum period of 1 month, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the umb88 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances without appeal:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the processing of proceeds of crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Using automated software, bots, or AI-assisted betting tools to place bets or interact with the platform in an automated manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other competitive game format.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing umb88 employees or other users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security measure on the umb88 platform.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes against legitimate, authorised transactions without first pursuing umb88's internal dispute resolution process.

All content on the umb88 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the intellectual property of umb88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the umb88 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any platform content for commercial purposes.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on platform content.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform.
• Use the umb88 name, logo, or branding in any manner not expressly authorised by the Company.

Any unauthorised use of intellectual property belonging to umb88 or its content partners may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, umb88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from technical failures, disconnections, or system errors.
• Errors in odds or game results caused by third-party data providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit processing or withdrawal disbursement attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond umb88's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by umb88's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

umb88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they materially affect the rights or obligations of registered members — umb88 will provide at least 14 days' prior notice via the platform and/or by email to registered members' addresses on file.

For non-material amendments (such as clarifications, corrections, or administrative updates), changes will take effect upon publication to this page. The effective date shown at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the umb88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of the umb88 platform, the following process shall apply:

1. Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact umb88 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint. Our team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve the matter within 5 business days.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction following Step 1, you may submit a formal written complaint to the same email address, addressed to the Compliance Department. Formal complaints will be reviewed and responded to within 14 business days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: Where a complaint cannot be resolved through Steps 1 or 2, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body will be provided upon request.

All disputes shall be subject to good faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. umb88 is committed to fair, transparent, and timely resolution of all genuine player complaints.
